BKYS is dedicated to developing and motivating swimmers at all levels. We support student athletes in the sport of competitive swimming by developing the character traits, technical skills and intense desire necessary for maximum realization of each individual's potential. BKYS provides a fun, team-building experience. BKYS recognizes the contribution of all of its members and strives to maintain athletic excellence in a supportive team environment.

Required Items at Practice
Note: If you already have similar equipment, you do not need to replace it (unless of course you have outgrown what you have).
Kickboard, (no floppy foam boards or fabric covered boards): all groups
Fins
Goggles: all groups (any style you like)
Cap: If swimmer has shoulder length or longer hair
Speedo Pull Float: Silver Elite, Scarlet Elite & Senior Elite
Speedo Power Hand Paddle: Scarlet Elite & Senior Elite - paddle size: choose a paddle that is the same size as your hand or slightly bigger.
Required Items at Meets
Team Suit: all meet participants, Speedo Zebra Haze
Team cap (provided by coach)
Optional Items from Kast-a-Way (embroidery is extra):
Mesh bag (to carry your practice equipment to the pool).
